Initial understanding of Requirements

What details do you require to share the quote?

In order to ensure that we provide the best and the most accurate quote of a product, it is essential that you share comprehensive product details. The ideal condition is to have the sample sent to our UK office. However, we do understand that this might not be always possible, in such a scenario do share with us: Computer Aided Design (CAD), Product Images, Specifications (Quality, Dimensions, Colours, Branding requirements), Production Quantity and Delivery Timelines.

Do you charge for the samples?

Yes we do charge for the samples because of the effort involved of our team & factory and costs involved with the manufacturing/sourcing of the samples, however we take an approval on these costs before proceeding with the procurement of samples.

Do we get to see our product first before the actual manufacturing of goods take place?

Yes, we provide the pre-production samples to our clients for approval before the manufacturing is initiated.

Isn’t working with an agency such as CRAFT GLOBAL more expensive than to import ourself?

Imagine the risk involved by doing it yourself and getting it all wrong due to lack of experience and knowledge. We charge a nominal fee to ensure that your sourcing needs are left to us while you work towards other important aspects of your business.

When do we have to make the payments to CRAFT GLOBAL?

Once the order has been placed, we take an initial deposit (approximately 30-40% of the order value), the balance is paid out by you post the final inspections once the goods are ready to be shipped.

Can you source any product?

With our presence in India & China we are connected to world class suppliers in almost every consumer good industry. As a result we are equipped with sourcing most of the products from these sourcing destinations.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our product?

MOQ mainly depends on the kind of product you are planning to source. If you are sourcing a product that is similar to the one which is regular or is running in production then the MOQ would be less as compared to if you are going in for a bespoke design.

What is the lead time for production of goods?

Production time of goods depends on a number of factors such as kind of product, availability of raw material, quantity of order, intricacy of manufacturing to name a few. Further lead time can also increase if the client is looking for a bespoke product solution. In most of the scenarios the lead time is around 35-45 days.

How do you ensure that the goods are produced with agreed quality standards?

We have a dedicated quality assurance team which does various audits and inspections during the manufacturing of the goods. A final inspection is also insured before the goods are shipped to you. We also send you product images and videos at regular intervals during the entire process to ensure that no stone is left unturned.

How do you facilitate shipping the goods?

We have years of experience working with some of the global logistic solution providers who are known for delivering exceptional service to their clients. We facilitate selection of the best logistics partner as per your needs so that the goods can reach your warehouse in the most efficient manner.

Who makes the payments to the factory, port authorities, logistics partners, etc. ?

CRAFT GLOBAL will arrange the payments to the relevant firms and authorities.
